Brothers and Sisters,

Last June, IUOE Local 4 hosted the inaugural Health & Welfare Plan 5K. This was a great day of movement and family fun at Medway High School, and I am pleased to share that this year’s event will take place on Sunday, June 11.

In addition to the 5K, which you can run or walk, attendees can also speak with our healthcare partners, obtain helpful skin screenings, and join a yoga class. There will also be children’s activities, including a dedicated yoga class and more, so this event will be fun for the whole family. This annual 5K is a great opportunity to prioritize wellness, get moving, and spend valuable time together as a membership. There will also be Local 4 t-shirts and water bottles. I hope to see you there!
