Brothers and Sisters,

This Thanksgiving holiday, I want to express my gratitude to you — our members. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to one another are what make IUOE Local 4 such an outstanding union.

I am grateful for the strong year we have had, as our union members worked on numerous job sites throughout the region. I am also thankful that our Union has been able to make a positive impact through its charitable contributions. Thanks to the generosity of our membership, we recently donated over $100,000 to children’s charities including Why Me & Sherry’s House, Rare New England, the Martin Richard Foundation, and The New England Center for Children.

As we gather with our loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the solidarity and camaraderie that define our Local 4 family. Each of you plays a vital role in our collective success, and for that, we are forever grateful and proud to call you Brothers and Sisters.
