Nominations for the Officers Election of August 2025 will take place at the Notified Meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Please make every effort to attend this important meeting. Nominations are in order for the following offices: Business Manager, President, Vice-President, Recording-Corresponding Secretary, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Board, Auditors, Trustees, Guard, and Conductor.

The election of officers will take place in August 2025 at the following locations:

Second Sunday in August—August 10, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. - IBEW Local 103 Freeport Hall, 256 Freeport Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts
Third Sunday in August—August 17, 2025, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
